This addresses some major and minor issues, and tweaks some other stuff as well!

FIXED BUGS:

• + Fixed a bug in which the Balcony level would unload itself when in the middle of the Siverian Cat transfur that would leave the player in a locked state
• + Fixed a bug in which the 'Load Slot' interface would stack on top of itself
• + Made the 'Pause Menu' (ESC) and 'Load Slot' (F7) more organized in code to keep them from opening both at the same time and create errors
• + QTE mechanic has been detached from Frame Rate, now it should be frame-rate independent
• + Fixed a bug in Stasis Area Hallway which would reactivate the Cat and the chase music

OTHER THINGS:

• + Slight tweak to Special Edition's atmosphere for visible exterior levels
• + Changed the footsteps sounds of the Werewolf Transfur
• + Made the Cat's sounds more audible
• + Rebuilt light for the Stasis Area Dark Hallway level
• + Difficulty of QTE of the Stasis Area Hallway level has been significantly increased
